My car makes two noises that I'm sort of mildy concerned about - its early in the relationship and I haven't got to know the foibles yet.
Firstly is probably an easy one - my mothers B6 TDI made the same noise.
When you give it more gas than you need and come off the gas quickly you get what sounds like the air from the turbo passing over the blades - anyone know what it is?
Secondly is probably one of those that you won't know unless you hear it first hand.
I know its a TDI and they are a bit clattery but it makes this faint ratterly sound somewhere near the front of the engine. It does seem to come and go on tickover and hardly audiable with a few revs.
Any help appreciated.
