Strange squeeling noise

Took the kids to McD's tonight and whilst going through the drive through at low speed when turning the wheel I was getting a strange high pitched squeeling noise, heard it in the car before but thought it was the cowling now I've had the window down and heard it I'm a little concerned. Anyone have any idea's?

Mine makes a slight whining noise when turning at slow speed usually when I turn left but I don't worry so neither should you lol unless it sounds really bad and feels odd?!?

Check you power steering fluid

Doesn't feel odd but really noisy with the window down. I'll check the power steering fluid, thanks Kite
