Help with part numbers and what I need

As above my car has just been mot'd and has a few advisories which i want to get done sooner than later

I will put a list of what's on the advisory . If you could tell me what needs replacing and part numbers

001 near side front upper (front) suspension arm rubber bush

002 near side front upper (rear) suspension arm rubber bush

003 offside front upper (front) suspension arm rubber bush

004 offside front upper ( rear) suspension arm rubber bush

My car is an a4 s-line 2.0 diesel on a 06 plate
