Hi,
Just fitted a new maf and still haveing the same problem with spluttering and generaly not running smooth (when I disconect it works better without it).
I have not reset the engine managment light yet as my code reader isnt working. Basicly should the new one work even though the code has not been reset from the previous fault?
or could it be the egr valve? Even though when I disconect the maf it runs fine.

I think you need to clean your EGR valve.

its putting up the fault code for the maf though? and when I unplug the maf it runns better. Would this still point to the egr valve? can the egr make the maf fault code come up?

Just found I have a split in the bog hose that goes onto the turbo, very confused now is this what is causing all the problems?
