Thread: HELP A4 2.0 tfsi air leak fault any ideas.

Hello as above the engine management light has come up so had it plugged in and the result was about 4 faults saying air leak has anyone got any idea what the fault could be. Was thinking it could be the diverter valve but I don't now what the symptoms are any help would be great.

well post the codes so we can at least hav some info
or what problems are you haveing with the car ?
DV symptoms are low boost but not an air leak you could have a split pipe its either gona be check them all or have a preasure or smoke test to find the leak

Cheers bez Not having any problems with car it Runing fine just the light on the dash is doing my head in and i will get it pluged in again and right down the codes. The car has never felt quick to me that why I thought it mite be the dv or it mite just be a used to the pull of the old 5 pot 20v turbo engine.

it could well be the DV but dont usaly get codes for it
its only 3 bolts holfong it in there so worth a look and upgradeing to the D version piston type
