You can buy the rings from ebay, ive got them on mine and it give's a good look with the seat splitter. (just clip on) Chrome surround is on the to do list but it looks good with just the rings black.

you can buy the grill direct from audi with it being black already! or wrap them in carbon or something different vinyl easy to do done it twice now my self! badge as above buy off ebay

Bought my rings from the bay approx £15 and had the grille wrapped in 3M carbon. Found that the easiest way to do it.
Audi S4 quattro cabriolet in dolphin grey metallic, Audi exclusive crimson red leather/black piping, red hood, carbon inlays, RNSE, tiptronic gearbox with paddleshift, electrically adjustable & heated seats, 6 disc multichanger, DVD multichanger, monitors in headrestraints, xenon headlights with power wash, cruise control, folding door mirrors, storage pack, 19" OE Speedlines, non res cat back quad tipped Milltek exhaust, lowered 30mm on H&R springs
