    Remotre central locking

    Anyone experienced a "squeak" in the vicinity of the fuel filler cap when unlocking the car.

    I'm hoping some WD40 or grease will do the trick but interetsed if anyone else has this issue. I don't think it's a major issue but just annoying when unlocking the car and it sounds like a mouse and only when unlocking

    Is it not just the lock on the fuel flap moving??

    As said, it'll be the fuel-cap lock. Open the cap and lock the car, you should see the lock engage, shoot some WD40 on it and should be grand.

    Its a common annoyance on some cars, sometimes and nothing to worry about, lube it and forget about it .
