Anyone done this? I looked into it a few months back and apparently you need new hinges so that springs can be fitted and new dampers. So that when you press the boot release on key fob the boot will fully open and not just pop off the latch.
Cant find any info on part numbers! Hoping someone on here has done this mod and can help me with part no's etc.

All the threads I have seen on this have ended up unsuccessful i.e. I haven't read anything where someone has been successful.

+1 on that wrath, same here no one seems to have part numbers for required parts etc

Looked at doing this on my old one, can't remember the part numbers but it cost about £130, so not worth it
