Its a massive job to actually swap them so any you see are either factory or have been wrapped, its easy enough to do with time and patience. google BMW shadow line which i found was the best stuff

Just get the corrrect blackout tape, and it will look good.

Wheels look great. Are you running 235/35 19? What rim width and offset are they?
Out of curiosity, are you planning to do the roof rails too? I reckon the "Titan" colour would also work really well and match the wheels too. Maybe Audi should consider this as an option for those that don't like silver as an alternative to black (assuming its hardwearing enough for roof rails).

yeh 235/35/19 8.5 with an offset of 43 but now ive dropped it on coilovers, put some 12mm spacers and just re painted my wheels which are sat in the garage hardening off ready to go on tomorrow after a machine polish :-) tried the roof rails and it was a massive ball ache so scrapped that but would like them doing more time and patience might try again
