Thread: Anyone heard of a company called MTEC Brakes if so whats there stuff like?

Surfing the Net found a company called MTEC Breaks the break set are reasonable in price but just wondered about the quality?

im running mtec disc brakes on my car, drilled and grooved, coupled with greenstuff pads, thumbs up from me all day long. Good customer service and great prices

just fitted the s5 conversion and brought new S5 disks and mintex pads, bedded in now and a big thumbs up for the money

Just when I thought I'd got a long enough list of future modifications... :P

What calipers are you using with the s5 discs?...since my power upgrade I think i'm going to need bigger anchors

I have MTEC drilled ones. With Mintex pads, they seem quiet and don't produce much dust.

Doug what is needed for s5 conversion currently running se 321 set up,is it just different caliper carriers and bigger discs?,thanks Andy
