    2.0t DV replaced but blown again?

    Hi all,
    I followed the advice of some of the guys on here and had the diverter valve on my 2.0TFSi replaced for the revison D and it made a huge difference. BUT, the car seems to have lost some of the power again and has started to make a slight chatter like it did before the uprated one was fitted? Could it have blown again, or could a pipe have been split while the MD mechanic replaced it? Any ideas?

    I get chatter from the rev d valve too, best to get the valve inspected ...and scan to see if any fault codes have been thrown up

    I think youre right, i'll get it into the MD when i get a chance. Funny though, when it had been replaced it flew, now it seems to be lacking that urgency again. I wondered if maybe a pipe had split or something.
