Suspension springs

Has anyone changed the rear springs on an Avant? I've got one broken and am going to tackle it myself, just wanted any hints or tips.
Can anyone recommend any springs? I was thinking of going slightly lower.

i'm in the same situation but need both sides replacing. so far i've had 2 garages price the work and they have both come back with 2 hours per side. you have to lower subframe and get alignment checked after. this link shows you how to remove and fit http://www.vaglinks.com/Docs/Audi/B7/AudiZine.com_B6_B7_A4_Suspension_Install.pdf

I've just finished doing it and it's a ***** of a job, definitely not 2 hours per side, more like 2 hours per corner (I changed all 4 in the end).

If anyone is interested, I have 2 front and one rear (the other one broke) genuine Audi s-line Quattro springs for sale. Let me know.
