Abrupt gear change when slowing down on tipronic box?

I have noticed when slowing down and eventually coasting to a stop, say at a junction, the final gear change down seems to 'jerk'. This was happening only now and again, but of recent times seems to be more frequent. The car has only done 40k miles, and I think I am right in saying its a tiptronic gearbox oppose to a multitronic, with paddleshift. The symptons are happening when it is in full auto.
