Hi all just brought a 05 A4 Sline with the sat nav plus stereo in it it doesnt have the multi function streing wheel in it is this easy to fit or does it involve lots of wiring

Not too much from what I've seen.

Basically you need the MFSW, new steering ring, controller, and harness.

You need a Midline/Highline Steering ECU, unless you're looking at an extra £150 for the ECU that will accept MFSW.
Do you have Cruise Control? If so then you have the required ECU already and all that is needed is the wheel itself and an Airbag harness with the MF plug. If you have a DSG box then you already have the required ECU and Wiring loom and you'll only need the wheel!
All of the above scenarios with require coding with VCDS also.
