Which steering wheels work on B7

I currently have a 3 spoke MFSW, without paddles and I would love to upgrade to one with paddles, and it would be a bonus if it had the s-line trim.

So ebay is full of wheels, but I would like to know which ones are safe to work on our cars.
I know the A3 wheels are a no-go
I know the B8 wheels are fine.
What about a A/S5/RS5 wheel?
What about a Q7 wheel?
What about a A/S/RS6 wheel?

Alternatively, if one of you fine people have such a wheel as I'm looking for, maybe we can work a deal.
