BKE Engine - Bucked

Was drivin along on saturday and bang, somethin went inside the engine. likely dropped a valve or broke a conrod. Waiting to find out.
Is there any known issues with this 115bhp engine?

Certainly nothing close to as bad as the 2.0TDI's. Everyone I've spoken to in the trade says the 1.9 TDI's are bombproof.
