Auto close windows

Hi All,

im after some advice, now my A4 had the auto shut windows where if you held the lock button they would close.

Now after the car has been in for some indi warranty work they fail to do this operation.
The garage have said this would not have been from them disconnecting the battery.

Any ideas on what has happened? are they right?

Does the one touch window operation work?

If not it maybe that you have to set them first?

Maybe a daft question but do they open when you hold the unlock button down?
 
Starting with the windows up:

Push the button till the window is fully down then release for a second and then press again and hold for about 4 seconds, then send the window all the way back up and then release again and the hold for another 4 seconds. that should re set the one touch settings so they come down on there own. after you have done all the windows try holding the unlock button and see if the all come down?

The one touch still works, and I only ever had the close setting.
i will give the rest a go and see what happens.
