Loose heatshield

Keep having my exhaust rattle on start up so peered under the car and my heatshield is quite loose, it looks like its held on my bolts but only 2 are still on, does anyone know what type they are or if there is a better way of holding it up as the nuts look very rusted and covered in crap.
