Hi guys,

I installed a set of FK coilovers on my car last weekend, and one of the rear coilover perch's has completely seized, no matter how much I try to turn it.

Anyone know of somewhere I can get just 1 perch from? And I assume pretty much any coilover manufacturers perch will fit as long as they have the same ID to the springs.

Any help greatly appreciated!

are they new
try the suppliers of FK they should help

No they were used, got them from ultramodz.

Venom Motorsport do them, I'll give them a call on Monday.

Anyone else got any ideas?

I had to lift the back end, remove the wheels and drop the arms to realease all the weight off the rings to get them to move and mine were brand new!

Sadly its not that on this, I couldn't move it even off the car with it held in clamps after being soaked in WD40 overnight. Really need a new one.

have they been cross threaded??, also if they are made out of 2 different materials they can become seized/ binded togeather

Yeah, they may have become cross threaded, they certainly ain't budgin! If anyone knows where to get spares for coilovers, it would be great appreciated.

See if you can contact FK directly mate, they tend to be a fairly helpful bunch from what I've heard
