Hybrid K03 Turbo now available from RAI Motorsport

RAI Motorsports have been developing a hybrid turbo based on the K03 for the B7 A4. I believe they have managed to fit K04 internals to the K03 and they claim it will outperform a K04 turbo. They have completed testing and it’s now available to buy out right or they offer a core exchange. Its a direct bolt on solution however other mods will be required such as injectors HPFP:-

Looks fantastic! But for that price, you can go and get an S3 K04 and all the supporting mods needed.

I assume with this hybrid K03 you'll need injectors, HPFP, and a test pipe at the very least.
And all extra you need to go K04 is a DV relocation kit, and a little bit of grinding to the manifold.

Hopefully someone here gets this turbo and really shows us if this out performs the K04. Then it might be worth getting.

there quoteing 280 my last ko4 was putting out 340

yeah spotted that, what kind of comparison does that work out to? seen a converter that makes the 280 about 344, so doesn't seem that far off bez, but no idea how accurate that could be...
