170bhp Quattro re-map "where"

I am looking into getting my Audi A4 TDI 170bhp Quattro re-mapped anyone know any reputable places that can do this proffesionally and proved with dyno results? And what gains, MPG I could expect?

There's loads of threads on here, you just need to have a search.
Emaps is supposed to be a good one, if I get mine done, that's probably be where I go. They seem to have a good rep with a lot of BM drivers but they do Audi aswell.
It's a bit of a difficult one to compare really as noone generally has different maps on the same car. It's all about personal preference.
