Hi guys, just wanted to know if some original equipment alloys from a Q7 would fit my 07 plate S4?? The measurements are 9j x 20" H2 ET60.

They wouldn't be a straight fit, as the PCD is different, but you might be able to get adapters, you've got at least 30mm to play with in the offset for them.

They are 5x120 so as above adapters would be needed, maybe wobble bolts but youll need need spacers then as ET60 will prop rub on calipers.
