As above, i need to replace this and am unsure whether it is clipped/stuck down etc. Can anyone assist?

Nope, it simply pulls off.....
You very carefully need to prise it off using increasingly wider slotted screwdrivers.
In essence you are aiming to slide away from the car whilt it stays pretty flat.
Once you've got it started you only need use your fingers
It goes back simply by a push fit action......

If it's the part I think it is, I believe you just need a flat screwdriver, wrap with some tape and *carefully* prise it up from the bumper. Use a few cloths to prevent scratching the bumper.
I am pretty sure you don't need to take the bumper off.
