A4 Late 2004 B7 3 Spoke - MFSW question

Hi,

I'm picking up a 2004 S Line. It's a B7 with 3 spoke steering wheel.

I've just bought a 2007 S Line 3 spoke wheel with Multi-function controls (MFSW).

I've got the airbag loom from the new wheel supplied too.

I also have the newer slip ring.

Before I attempt to have it fitted, can anyone confirm that the airbag from the 2004 wheel will be suitable for the 2007 MFSW ?

If not, will I also need the Airbag ECU from the new wheel too?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

aslong as its a 3 spoke it will fit
you wont need airbag ecu
just recode with vcds for it to work
