Clutch problems?

I've read other posts but I would like to know if a judder when changing up to 2 gear is the clutch or flywheel. And where would be the best place to buy the spares if the need changing. It's a 2.0 TDI 140. I've recently had the brake fluid changed so would it be worth while changing the fluid again first. Also how could you tell if it the clutch slave cylinder.

I was stuck in traffic on a hill so i must have ****** the clutch a bit. Have been told it's more likely to be the flywheel but ive not had any issues since. Might look into a clutch upgrade but not sure to what. A remap in the future would be nice..
