Leak under car - normal?

I've noticed quite a bit of oil like liquid under the car:

I've run my finger through it and its not oil coloured, it's clear, it just has a sheen to it like oil. My first thought was it's the aircon condensing, which you usually get a bit of, but not to this extent...

It's dripping from pretty much the back of the undertray

Any thoughts?
 
well it could be from anywhere as it will collect on undertray and drop at the center
is your coolant lever droping ?
 
can i see a pic of under your bonnet
i wana se how you got the rs4 covers to fit

Just had an audi technician out, they've noticed the transfer box is weeping, thinks it's a leak from there.

I also get a kind of juddering when accelerating hard, but not sure if that's normal for quattro as have nothing to compare it to (it's the first quattro I've had)...so they're going to check that out also for me.

It's under Audi warranty and recovery, so they're taking it away for me and giving me a replacement car until it's fixed, glad I had that as could be expensive (maybe), although have only had the car for 4 weeks... :(
