how to remove rear tail light covers (on boot lid)

How do you remove the taillights on the bootlid? The outer wing ones come off easily when changing bulbs, but not sure how to remove the smaller ones?

There's an access panel on both sides, just open it up and remove the 2 10mm nuts, the plastic sleeves that they hold on just slide down the bolts and give a little wiggle, your lights should be out !!!!
