56 A4 2.0 TFSI Low Pressure Codes

Had these 2 codes off the scanner

04767 low pressure
01602 sensor

EML is present on the car, but it drives as it should, no problems

Ive bought a spare fuel pump for my S3 because i needed the sensor at the very top of the pump (32mm bolt), and audi wont sell the sensor seperate to the bump.
The pump ive bought 2nd hand has all sensors.

Once it arrives, i was going to try the other sensor on the fuel pump on my friends car to see if it cures it? Not the one at the very top, but the one on the side of the pump

Do you think this will cure his problem? Thanks

it could be the lp sensor the 1 on the side
i need 1 myself ill get round to it soon
it could also be the cam or cam follower you dont say the miles its got but the follower wear can cause this quite simple job and worth lookin at if its wore through it can **** your cam lobe up aswell
also did you use VCDS for the fault code read ?

havnt checked the cam follower. 56 plate car, sub 50k miles. used a snap on diagnostic tool to reel the codes off. thanks

any pictures of a 'worn' follower besides a 'good' follower?

not at min but you can tell
a good 1 should be nice flat and smooth
some wear through or dip in you cant miss it
and for the cost get 1 b4 you take the pump off and replace anyway while your in there as if its ok it wont be soon

i think ill get one for my s3 aswell. any idea on cost?
