I've just bought a 2.0 TDI S line and thought i'd treat myself to a remap, I've received the bluefin and uploaded my file from the car, sent this back to Superchips who have advised me that my car already has an existing modified map !
I asked whether I should upload the bluefin and if I dont see any performance increase then I am entitled to a refund as per the 7 day money back gaurantee, and for them to provide me with the original modified map to put back on my car ! The guy couldnt answer this and asked me to put my request in an email for consideration.
Has enyone else experienced this problem ?
I can't see them refusing to send back my original map but the guy mentioned something about them using another suppliers map on their handset (this could cause problems).
Anyones thoughts would be appreciated.
