I'd say that was a good deal. Don't go for any 2005 model, specifically with engine code BLB as they are susceptible to an oil balancer shaft fault and it is pricey to get sorted.

You can get rid of the orange lenses but it does mean cooking the headlights in an oven (you'll have to remove the front bumper to get them out), removing the glass and then popping out the orange lens. Alternatively keep looking around for people selling the clear lens headlights.

Just be mindful that the 2.0TDi came in a couple of guises - 140 and 170ps, 2wd and quattro....
