Let's get a gauge on whose interested this year? Anything VAG is allowed on track, it's £35 for a 15minute session to try your car out on track!, this also covers your £10 entry fee, so in effect, it's a £25 session, unless you go for more sessions, then you only gain one entry pass, and it's £10 per person to get into the event!

You will be require to bring a valid driver's license to the event, then go through a driver's briefing, which are done throughout the day, before you are allowed out onto the track! There's also a sound check on your car, but apart from Carl last year in his decat'd V6 derv, no one has failed this test on ASN that I know of. A helmet is also require(you can rent these on the day or bring your own) and your arms needs to be covered, so sweater or jacket will suffice. Passengers are also allowed, but you need to pay a sign on fee, unless you are already a driver on the track in another car.

Me too, at least one session. Should be a little easier this year too, especially without the rear axle flapping about... :(
 
Right, there's still no info on their site yet, so I'm gonna have to give them a bell sometime to confirm prices and how many sessions I want. Bit busy at the mo between family and work, but keep your eye's peeled!

OK guys, I've just called up Autometrix to confirm that it's £35 a single session per car. This £35 includes the £10 entry fee for the driver only, so the session is in effect £25, as it's £10 per person to get in, unless you go for more than one session.

I'm looking to fill up a total of three sessions, 12 cars max per session. Anything VAG is allowed, so pass the word around, and I will try and group the A3/S3s, and A4/S4s in different sessions, so once I have a gauge of whose up for it, I can do a bit of juggling later on.

I will start to take payment during September, as I need to pay Autometrix up in full a good week before the event!

Not being difficult for the fun of it, just a bit confused and it smells of unfairness to me.

As long as I'm not going to be made to pay for two lots of entry which I'm never going to see then I'm happy to do all three.

I don't set the pricing mate, there's zero financial gain for me setting this up! The price is what it is, get over it! :moa:

No mate. They don't really expect you to actually do three sessions, maybe just one or two, and it's more expensive on the day! Or you can pay for the whole day and go one as many times as you like!

Yes, all are welcome, the requirement is that you own something that's VAG, and you pay me first for the track sessions. For the Clubstand, it's Audi only though.
 
Both audis mate one s3 and one a4 1.8t both standard . So there will be no racing from me . Just nice to get some track time . How do we pay you .

I will add you to the list, and once I can confirm numbers, I will start requesting payment mid Sept ok, just let me know if you want to do two separate sessions or one session with both cars?
 
The wife has bottled it . Says she doesn't want to kill the car on a race track as she is old and that's the car not the wife . Cheers jojo . Got my badge sorted ...

Which means you should do 2 sessions, one each car to test them out! :racer:

Seriously, it's not about racing, but more of an opportunity to test your car out within your limit of driving, or the cars limit, depending on which way you look at it.

I'm there pal but only with one car . S3 so if all the s3 are in one session put me in that one . If not any will do its track time . Cheers pal

So more than likely I'll be the slowest on the track . But if possible at all possible can I be a passenger in another s3 or similar faster car in another session . Can't belive these sessions aren't full . My ****ing badge has gone again .
