Speedo Calibration

Just had ECU & Instrumentation Cluster replaced, whereas speedo used to be spot on up to about 70mph it is now way out. I appreciate that up to 10% fast is legal but it is pretty much at that limit, i.e. it indicates 80mph when it is doing 72mph.

Can this be recalibrated using VAG COM ?
