Hi,

Im looking at the cables on skpang.co.uk for VAG-COM and was wondering whether it would be better for me to get the OptoOne or the X-one cable.

As i see it the X-One cable offers higher speeds but does this really matter as the ECU port is only about 9600 baud (if what i read is correct). so the 38bps of the OptoOne seems more than enough.

Also would i then need to buy the software, as looking at ross-tech.com it seems you can only download a shareware version of the software??

Any one have any thoughts or recommendations on the above.

thanks

Mark

do you happen to know how later on?? As this would be my main reason for buying it really.

I managed to find the VAG software and keygen crack on the web.

I think the URL was [CENSORED] or something like that. Otherwise do a google search for it.
