Help! Anyone got VAG-COM in Manchester??

Hi,

Im desperate to activate the TMC on my Nav+, at present it is set for TMS and every time I start my car the radio beeps to remind me that theres no phone connected, I cant switch between TMC-RDS and TMS and I have been advised to re-set the nav+ via VAG-COM



I know the settings but dont have a laptop / VAG-COM software etc, anyone can help?
