sooo, i looked on the site and saw that dogs must be kept on leads, is this enforced by anyone?

i want to bring my parrot but obviously dont want her eaten by a stray terrier

I am actually lost for words..lol

In all my years I have NEVER been asked if someone could bring there bird (well not the feathered variety anyway)
 
as much as it funny, im really serious, i really dont want her to be a dogs lunch haha
