Climate working fine...........but no air from the vents?

I have just upgraded to the RNS double din unit in my 3.2 A3 2004 along with the climate control unit(smaller and lower down in the console).

When i swith it on, everything functions fine. Temp and fan speed up and down fine. My problem is no matter where i direct the air, nothing is coming out of any floor, dash or screen vent. I can here the fan working but nothing.......................

Your help will be much appreciated.
 
No, i didnt realise i had to have it coded. I just plugged it in.

So, how do i get it coded? My local garage has one of these Sun tune gadgets for checking faults. Would this work.
 
cant comment on that. you would need VCDS or the dealer 5051 to carry out the code and basic setting. Maybe someone on here is near you and could help you out?
