continious air flow from outside vents

Hi all,

When i select air flow to foot side air flow does not stop at outside vents.Is it normal?? Car is 2011 a3.

you may have got a stuck flap
 
vents should work when button for it is selected
so if you just got the down button selected then that where u should get the air others should close
and been 2 days old dont realy mean much its an audi
 
when i choose down button middle vents stop working. are middle vents and outside vents work seperataly??
 
on mine i have up middle down
up for screen vents
middle for center and end vents
down for floor vents
u can have 1 or all 3 working at same time
keep them all off and then try or have you got the econ button pressed
 
i will kill myself if it happens for my car only :)
