Recommended oil for 2002 S8/Sat Nav ?

Hi all,
My new (used) S8 is with me now. It's the last of the old shape (2002 model) and I would like your advice on which oil to use please.....preferably one I can easily source without paying inflated audi prices!

Also..........Where can you recommend I purchase a CD upgrade for my sat/nav system.........assuming there is a 2007 edition of course!

If you get the recommended grade of oil (eg meets VW5XXXXXX) from the manual then I can send you the list of all the oils that meet this spec from Audi's official erwin site
