I'm sure I read somewhere that for a car to have an OBD II port it has to be within 18" of the steering wheel, on all cars,

Thanks for the replies, to anyone who is interested i found it. It is under the ashtray in the front. Lift out the ashtray and there is a small removable plastic cover (about1"x 1 1/2") over it.
