Telematics Battery

The battery in my telematics box in my Audi A8 is dead. It seems to be a Nokia 6CR17450E - R 18V I think 2 Amps I can find out 6 batteries glued together..

Any clues where I can get a replacement?? The car is a A8 W12 LWB.
