I have just been searching youtube for a video I saw of an S8 on the Nurburgring in Germany. It was clocked at 201 mph. Mine has been derestricted so It is possible, I can't point you in the direction of where to got to get it done because the previous owner had it done.

RS246 has a video of an s8 doing about 180 on a road! give one of the audi tuning companys a ring, they will tell you if it can be derestricted.
