Audi S8 (2000X) adjustable suspension

Just been playing under the car replacing a track rod end to discover my new ride is sitting on H&R fully adjustable suspension, anyone got this to advice on good settings as she is running too low and hard at the moment.

Also, I discovered a sensor that looks like it monitors ride height on the front passenger side wishbone, what is it for?
