White smoke misfire help !

my 3.0tdi 05 a8 has developed a heavey misfire/judder on idle if you rev is you can clear it and it smokes badly also (white) everything lead to injectors .


I've recently changed injectors myself coded ect via vag com but still no joy no fault codes


Although I have noticed that if you remove the swirl flap arm from the right bank and open it manually it runs spot on !


So runs lumpy when closed on idle but runs fine when open I'm confused any help would be great

Are the motors controlling the swirl flaps faulty, as its a common failure.
