Price on a set and just front as want to see benefits of front 1st really before buying the rears unless the set is cheaper. Thanks.

These are a really good price... are they the same as the OE?

I asked for a quote form the main stealers and although the fronts were OK, the rears were quoted at over £2k...

When I asked them to justify that price, as AFAIK they just have "normal" shocks... they couldn't and have no idea why they are so expensive....

Mate these are not OE as they are made my Blistein so upgraded (firmer) if you will.

Thanks, but I was under the impression that Bilstein are the choice for OE on the S8????

They are made by SACHs as are just about every other shock i've seen from an Audi sport model of this era A3 excepted but i didnt look hard.. certainly other A8s A4s and A6s are made by SACHs.
