HD Radio on 2007 S8?

I have been reading about the DAB radio module that could be added to pick up DAB broadcasts in Europe.

Is there an HD Radio module that I can add to my 2007 D3 with B&O here in the U.S.?

I realise this is an old post but here in UK with use AUTODAB... £300.00 to convert to DAB radio.
