Steering Wheel Swap

Ive got an S8 D2 from 1998 (normal tip gearbox) and I wouldnt mind swaping the steering wheel / air bag for a wheel with the tiptronic switches on the sterring wheel itself.

The wheel I would like to swap for is an S8 D2 item but is it a case of just "swapping" and pluging it in ?

Would I need any additional wiring loom to connect it to the car - is this already in situ ?

Any advise anyone could over would be very much appreciated.
