    19" to 20" Wheels question!

I don't suppose anybody knows the details of the OE 19" split spoke wheels? Offset? Width?

Also I've been told that these same wheels come in 20" on other models!

I'm basically trying to find out if I can fit these 20" wheels to my s-line so if anybody knows the offset that these are are would also be helpful.

You'll struggle with such a low offset! Mines are original S5 wheels with an offset of 33 and it rubs on the rear... Even with a little negative camber! uploadfromtaptalk1398814457955.jpg

So et29 and et33 will cause rubbing if fitted to the a6!

So what would the ideal offset be for 20" wheels fitted to the a6? And maximum width without rubbing?

Someone on another forum has 8.5j ET35 with 245/35/20 on an Avant. But couldn't honestly say what would be best! Tyre choice has a big part to play as well... Some have bigger side walls as do my Bridgestones....

Aly, where exactly do your wheels rub.? Inner or outer arch?
I'm just thinking if they rub on the outer arch, isnt it possible to machine the mating face down to get more clearance? Obviously without catching the caliper and inner arch!

It rubs on the outer edge! I've enquired from Arch Enemy to roll the arches but apparently there are no arches to roll on the C6... I went to a local body shop and they said the same....

So with your 20" s5 wheels with et33, can you tell me if there is enough clearance between the wheel and inner arch And the brake caliper to have the wheels mating faces machined down just enough for the wheel to clear the outer arch?
