Weird Electronical Fault in Morning (Video Included)

I have a strange issue when starting engine in the morning, this is happening after a long time sleep for example this happens after 7-8 hours of waiting.

When I first start the engine, dashboard lights go off, brake faults show up, gear disables (it cant detect shiftings D-R-N-S-P... stays the same)

But after i stop the engine and start again (after 1 mins of engine warming or charging the battery i dont know), there is no problem left.

Any ideas why this is happening?

Did you get a fault scan?

Dash panel is obviously faulty.
