Audi A6 2005 rear light upgrade to led 2010 wiring

Hi. Im newbie here hope you all well and could help me. I have and audi a6 in work shop 2005 model. I have brought a 2010 model boot rear bumper and rear lights. I fitted the boot and bumper and only problem is the lights. Plugs are diffrent and iv ordered new plugs. Can any 1 help me with wiring diagram and is there anything else i need. 46 convenience control module or does it needs programming to turn the leds? Hope somebody could help me out here
