This is a pure guess, but could it be low power and high power, for different range?

The Low option provides basic Bluetooth functionality, the extent of which depends on the phone, whilst the High Option, which requires your phone to support Remote SIM transfers the full phone functionality to the car. The high system also supports low as well. So if you do not have an rSAP phone you can still use it.
